Penn State Departmental Directory Listings
The Department of University Publications publishes the Penn State
Faculty/Staff and Student Directories.
Departmental listing updates/corrections found in LDAP and with the Penn
State Operators must be initiated by the department contact. The contact must
complete the Departmental Change form http://tns.its.psu.edu/scripts/deptchg/.
Once this form is submitted the request will be sent to the Penn State Call
Center and to the Department of Publications. Changes will be updated in LDAP
and with the Penn State Operators within 7 days. Changes submitted on paper
mark-ups will not be honored unless preceded by the submittal of the Departmental
Change form http://tns.its.psu.edu/scripts/deptchg/
. The Department of Publications will derive updates from this form as well.
For listings to be updated in the published directories, the update form must
be submitted by August 1st.
