The Consulting & Support Services (CSS) offers computing assistance to students, faculty, and staff at Penn State through its User Services division. The following support services are available:

• Consultation on software, applications, and hardware configurations.
• Acquisition, installation, and maintenance of software and databases.
• Development and publication of electronic and printed news and information.

Internet software available: The Internet software that was available on the PAC-ITS CD is now available on the Web at http://downloads.its.psu.edu.
