Penn State Corporate Calling Card

(for University Park locations)

Cancel your Corporate Calling Card

The University no longer recommends the use of the Corporate Calling Card, due to it's higher rates. As an alternative, the Penn State Travel Calling Card and International Prepaid Calling Cards allow global access at the most affordable rates.

The exception is international calling on restricted budgets such as those with federal or federal flow-through monies that require call detailed reporting. (See FN21). All other users should cancel their Corporate Calling Card.

ChartTraveling Internationally on a Restricted Budget
Penn State Corporate Calling Cards are issued to Penn State faculty and staff for dialing internationally, when the department is using a restricted budget. The card features a Penn State logo, making it easily identifiable as an institutional card, and is assigned a 10-digit number and a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Requesting or Canceling a Card
All requests for services or cancellation should be submitted on a Telecommunications Service Requisition (TSR) Form. The college or department must complete the TSR by obtaining proper authorizing signature(s). For more information, please contact TNS via the web inquiry form (Long Distance Services Inquiry Form) or by calling (814) 865-2370.

1-888-PSU-1-PSU (1-888-778-1778) Access for Calling Card Service
1-888-PSU-1-PSU plus your PIN are the only numbers needed to complete your calls. Using this access code assures calls reach the Penn State AT&T network and are rated correctly and not connected to other phone companies.

Fixed Rates
Domestic calls, intra-state and inter-state rates billed are:
$ .15 per minute
$ .25 surcharge per call
International and all other calls - Directory Assistance, Local Exchange Carrier, Other, etc. - are billed at the exact cost charged to Penn State by AT&T which are discounted rates according to the Penn State contract curently in place.

Initial Charges and Billing
The college or department will be billed a one-time charge of $5.00 for each requested Corporate Calling Card to the TSR (TSR fee will be waived). Monthly usage fees will be based on the established rates as indicated above. Call detail will be sent as part of your monthly statement and itemized by the Corporate Calling Card number, without the 4-digit PIN, and the associated billing name. All calls placed using a Corporate Calling Card will be billed against the budget associated with that code.
