Hit Enter/Space to connect, and login using your Penn State Access Account Userid/Password

Click on the New File Transfer Window to open up the file transfer program

Hit Enter/Space to connect as before

How the screen will look after making a successful connection.

Go to Operation>Upload to upload files.

Go to Operation>Download to download files.
