Maintenance/Testing

Information Technology Services (ITS): ITS provides Internet services such as e-mail, Web access, and Usenet news. Systems are tested daily between 5:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. During this time, one or more services may not be available. The ITS system status page shows the current status of servers.

Telecommunications & Networking Services (TNS): This office provides telecommunications capability for the University. See TNS System Shut-Downs, Tests, and Maintenance Guidelines for details.

Administrative Information Services (AIS): These systems are used by University employees for business purposes such as accounting, payroll, and student registration. See Online Systems Availability for details.
