Microsoft Campus Agreement

Penn State has made Microsoft Office software more affordable to you when putting in professional time at home. Under the Microsoft Campus Agreement that took effect in July, full and part-time faculty and staff are licensed to install one copy of Microsoft Office Pro on one personally owned computer when using it for University work.

Media for for this license can be acquired from Penn State's Computer Store, either online or in 12 Willard Building. Each copy is individually registered at the time of purchase and only Web and on-site orders can be accepted. The cost for the media is $10 (plus tax, if applicable) and ground shipping is free to any continental U.S. address.

Versions are available for both Apple computers and PCs running Windows. The Office 2004 Pro suite for Mac contains Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Entourage, while Office Pro 2003 for Windows includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, and Outlook. To order online, go to http://computerstore.psu.edu, search for "Office Pro", and select the appropriate platform.
