Senior, Metals Science and Engineering

I like to be able to help people through all the problems I myself have had to stumble over. It feels really good to hear someone say that I helped them. The Help Desk is also a great learning opportunity for me. Since I support a corporate home page, the knowledge I get from the CAC helps me to keep on top of updates and current software/hardware.
In my spare time I am currently taking kickboxing classes. I also like to waterski when I can afford the time. My favorite pastime is my artwork and jewelry, which I started years ago as a way to de-stress.
I plan to work for an aerospace company, designing protectant coating for aircraft grade metals. In the distant future, I would like to establish an entrepreneurship based on materials processes I am developing.

I like working at the Help Desk because it's great knowing that my life is that much easier without having to fight for a computer all the time (plus, you should hear the stories people tell me on the phone).
In my spare time I like to do. . . lots! Right now, I have an internship for Merrill Lynch, and I'm looking for a full time internship with a marketing or advertising firm to occupy me for the coming spring.
I like to sail, to ski, to climb on things (because they are there). I also spend a great deal of time trying to fix all the things around me that just flat out don't work.
Even though a consultant, I too find myself at the mercy of inferior software (name anything) and spend much time just trying to get my darn machine to work properly (for the moment, I have achieved this but give it a week).
I shall begin my career in December '98 with either a marketing or advertising firm for a few years at which time lust for this wonderful lifestyle college allows will most likely beg my return to a university (somewhere with sun or snow or both) for
an MBA in marketing. Beyond that I'm not really sure; it gets hazy. Heck, sometimes, even last night is hazy. :)

Working at the Help Desk makes me keep my computer skills up while working on my degree. Because my major is Wildlife and Fisheries Science, I do not spend a lot of time in front of a computer when studying.
In my spare time I like to go fly fishing, shooting, sports, and work on my home linux network. I spend my free time doing volunteer research on trout streams in the Centre County area.
In the future I plan on attempting to combine my two favorite hobbies, Wildlife and Fisheries Science and computers, and get a job in the PA Fish and Boat Commission or at the federal level. Or move on to a full time Unix administration position.

What I like most about working at the Help Desk is hearing that sigh of relief from the stranger on the other end of the telephone when their computer begins to work again.
In my spare time. . .what spare time? Engineering is a full time major, with plenty of opportunities for overtime.
I haven't given much thought to the future. Recently it just seems to be rush, rush, rush. I hardly have enough time for the present, let alone the future. But, I would like to take some time off and travel overseas.
Electrical Engineering

At the Help Desk I learn something new and unexpected every day of the week.
In my spare time I like to spend time with my friends and be outside in the sun.
When I graduate I'd like to move south.
