Q&A Corner at Penn State's Computer Store

Penn State's Computer Store would like to help you out with those nagging questions. Drop in to their ShowRoom in 12 Willard Building on Wednesdays, usually from 2 p.m.-4:30 p.m. for ongoing demonstrations on select topics throughout the semester. The sessions last 5-15 minutes and include a question and answer period.

Just a few minutes in the store and you could learn how to reset your iPod, make more secure Windows settings, or find a free replacement for Microsoft Office. Topics this semester include: Windows Power Tips, Free and Open-Source Software Products, iPod Problem Solving, OSX Tiger Tips, and also Q&A Corner's featuring representatives from your favorite vendors, Apple, Dell, and IBM.

Featured this spring in the Q&A Corner is Digital Media Week (2/27-3/15), with a different emphasis each day on Audio, Video, and Photo. Go to the Computer Store's Web site, http://computerstore.psu.edu, for dates and extended descriptions. If you can't make it to the ShowRoom, watch their Web site for documentation and presentations for you to download.
