John E. Bucher, Chief Technology Officer, Irvin E. Houck Center for Information Technology, Oberlin College will present the keynote address: "Serving and Leading the University: Little Things That Make a BIG Difference" at the third User Service Conference to be held Thursday, April 5, 2007, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Penn Stater at University Park.
This annual conference is designed for staff who provide IT support to departments, colleges, campuses, and offices. Participants will attend educational sessions, interact with colleagues, and enhance their professional development.
