Provides an interface for the services offered throughout ITS. Its mission is to provide the highest level of service to students, faculty and staff through individual and departmental consulting, help desks, and the development of new services.

Financial Advisor


Angie Taylor

Assists the Senior Director in planning, developing and reallocating operating budgets; illustrates current and proposed financial conditions by coordinating the preparation of various financial reports; provides financial analysis and serves as the contract administrator for the unit.

Applied Information Technologies


Steve Kellogg, Director

Applied Information Technologies (AIT) of Consulting and Support Services, a unit of Information Technology Services (ITS), is charged with the research, development, deployment, and management of a wide range of centralized computing services for the University community. Services include ISP services, networking, specialized applications, systems management, consulting services, and vendor software distribution and support.
