General
The first thing you must do is download an archive file which will expand into a folder when you execute it. The name of the folder created is your choice, but for this discussion we will call the folder Mythesis. The initial contents of the folder is shown below. The instructions for installing are in the PsuInstallSteps.doc file and are also given below.

If you are a new user the download process will involve downloading an archive file which, when expanded, will create a folder containing all the initial software, e.g., C:\Mythesis.
If you are upgrading versions, you will probably just download the program template PsuThesi.dot and replace the one in your thesis folder, e.g., C:\Mythesis\PsuThesi.dot.
Windows Software — New Users

- After clicking appropriate blue link(s) above;
- use [Open] in the File Download dialog below;
- change or [Browse] "Unzip to folder" in the WinZip dialog, if desired;
- then [UnZip] as shown to right;
- then [Close] WinZip.
Windows Software — Upgrading from 1.x to 2.0.1

- After clicking appropriate blue link(s) above;
- depending on the operating system you may get the Download Manager, just close it when finished;
- if there is no "Mythesis" folder on the desktop, double-click the "PsuThesi.zip" to Unzip to the Mythesis folder;
- eventually launch Word;
- then File/Open PsuThesi.dot.
Macintosh Software — Upgrading from 1.x to 2.0.1
