The list of files shown in
[A]
is a list of your thesis files based on your thesis settings.
Only files which exist are shown in the list and
they are displayed in the order they would appear in your thesis.
Note also
[B],
that the backup files include your
styles template, PsuStyles.dot, and
your settings file, PsuSettings.ini,
but not the program template PsuThesis.dot.

The name of the backup folder in
[C]
is automatically generated.
PsuThesi checks for subfolders in your thesis folder and determines
the first one which does not exist from the list will be Backup1, Backup2, ....
The new subfolder is automatically created and your thesis files are copied into it.
