The Thesis Folder
The first thing you must do is download an
archive file which will expand into a thesis folder when you execute it.
The name of the folder created is your choice, but for this discussion
we will call the folder
Mythesis.
The initial contents of the folder is shown below.
The instructions for installing are in the
PsuInstallSteps.doc file
and are also given below.

Downloading and Expanding
If you are a new user the download process will involve downloading
an archive file which, when expanded, will create a folder
containing all the initial software,
e.g., Mythesis.
If you are upgrading versions, you will just download the program template
PsuThesi.dot and replace the one in your thesis
folder,
e.g., Mythesis(PsuThesi.dot).
If you want a local copy of the PsuThesi LocalWebpages (for help)
you must download the archive file
PsuLocalWebPages.exe and expand it into the thesis folder,
e.g., Mythesis\LocalWebPages\...
The file you download can be placed on the desktop before it is expanded.
The file is named PsuThesi.exe with Windows and
PsuThesi.zip with Macintosh.
Simply double-click on the downloaded file and follow the directions.
Windows users will be asked to UnZip files and name the thesis folder.
Macintosh users will be directed to a program list to unzip the files --
most likely you will select Stuffit Expander.
Go to Download the Windows software
Go to Download the Macintosh software
