Select a Web page template The three sets of templates below feature official Penn State images and logos and placeholders for your own information. Each page also includes HTML code that automatically calculates the number of visits to your page and the date that you last made changes to the file. We have constructed a variety of templates to meet the different needs of faculty, staff, and students. You may select any one of the templates below to modify for your Web site.  Click on links below to view templates. Faculty Templates Faculty Form 1 ** This template features the Penn State shield with your contact information formatted in tables. Faculty Form 2 This template has the Penn State shield and a photo of Old Main in the header, and is a simple, left-aligned document. Faculty Form 3 ** This template features blue, left-aligned text, with information separated into categories by small rules. Staff Templates Staff Form 1 This template presents your contact information in the form of a business card. Staff Form 2 ** This template provides additional categories for personal and professional information, as well as other areas of interest. Staff Form 3 ** This template features your contact information on a Nittany Lion paper background. Student Templates Student Form 1 This template presents your information in the form of a resume. Student Form 2 ** This template highlights your personal relationships and interests. Student Form 3 ** This template highlights your academic experience and interests.
